This is one of my favorite cash programs (after AllAdvantage and Spedia), and they are paying now. You get up to $.40/hour when you surf, plus $.10/hour for each of your direct referrals, $.15 for their referrals, and $.20 for the next level. Free and easy to join, U.S. and Canada only, 18 or older.

• Surfbuzz -- A new program for getting paid to surf -- you get points for clicking on links, referring friends, E-mail, and more, and then you use the points to bid on some great auction items. This could soon be one of the better "points" programs. U.S. only, 18 or older.

• SurfMiles -- Get paid to surf plus extra rebates for shopping online. Available worldwide, pays 30 British pence per hour (about 50 cents), up to 60 hours/month, plus get get paid for referrals 4 levels deep. Surfing bar available soon, rebates for shopping available now.

Oct. 28th, 1999:

• Spedia -- Get paid to surf, and they are paying now. This is my second favorite program (after AllAdvantage). This program displays ads in a view bar and you accumulate "ad points". They determine how much the ad points are worth after receiving payment from advertisers, so there isn't a fixed rate. You also get 25% of what your referrals get. Any country.

• Total E-mail -- Get paid to read E-mail in categories you choose, $.05 per message (plus a percentage for referrals). Any country.

Oct. 27th, 1999:

• PrizeWindow -- Get paid to surf, using an ad bar like AllAdvantage. Earn $.40/hour, plus $.10/hour for 2 levels of referrals. U.S. and Canada.

Sep. 24th, 1999:

• ItAdsUp -- Get paid to be online, you don't have to be surfing. Get $.50 or more per hour (using a points system), up to 60 hours per month, plus get paid for referrals 5 levels deep. Any country, any age.

Sep. 19th, 1999:

• ValuePay -- Get paid to surf with this program, which is similar to AllAdvantage except that the ad bar resides in an unused spot on your browser's button bar instead of taking up valuable screen real estate. Earn up to $1.00 an hour for up to 50 hours/month. Any country!

Sep. 3rd, 1999:

• ePIPO -- Get paid to surf -- another program similar to AllAdvantage and GotoWorld, this one pays you a percentage of advertising revenues. Claims 60 cents per hour, 50-hour limit per month. It will have a "Cashbar", probably like AllAdvantage, and you also get credit for referrals. It's not quite ready to go, but sign up early and get your referrals signed up before it gets going big. Any country!

Aug. 22nd, 1999:

• Amazing Solution -- Get paid to read E-mail like shopping discount offers and paid business advertisements, up to $.50 for each E-mail read and confirmed. Also get paid for referrals a few levels deep. You can use your own E-mail account, or sign up for a free E-mail account with them. Any country. (Use referral # GDG30177)

• DesktopDollars -- Get paid to be online, whether you're surfing or not! As long as their ad banner window is visible and you're interacting, you're earning cash. You get $.50/hour, your direct referrals earn you $.10/hour, and you get $.02/hour 5 more levels deep. Up to 40 hours/month. As usual, the program is not quite ready, but sign up quickly. I don't see any country/age restrictions listed.

Aug. 20th, 1999:

• Surfing2Cash -- A get-paid-to-surf program similar to others. According to the examples, it pays $.60/hour for up to 10 hours, plus 3 to 5 cents for referrals up to 6 levels deep. Not quite ready yet, but sign up now to get in line. Might be U.S. only but I can't tell.

• DotAd -- A get-paid-to-surf program similar to others. You get paid a percentage of advertising revenue for the ads you view, plus for referrals. Not quite ready yet, but sign up now to get in line. Use whatever browser you want. Any country!

• Desktop Horizon -- A new free get paid to surf program, similar to AllAdvantage, etc. Their software isn't ready yet, but get signed up now to get in line for the software early, and start building your referrals! Any country, any age!

• SharkHunt.com -- Another site offering to pay you to surf the web (while viewing their ad bar), but this one is currently only paying United Kingdom users -- anyone may join now and be ready when the international roll-out is done, though.
